Ian is a senior property and commercial lawyer, with experience gained both in-house, and in top-tier and boutique law firms, over more than 2 decades. He was senior legal counsel for a $2bn top-100 ASX-listed company, where he led a team responsible for the legal aspects of the business’s property and commercial transactions. Prior to that, Ian was a partner at a boutique law firm, and ran the firm’s property and commercial law practice.
Ian is regarded by his clients as a lawyer who offers the right balance of commerciality and prudence in his work. He also brings an understanding of business which comes from working as an in-house lawyer at an executive level for many years. Ian has extensive experience in the development, leasing and health sectors.
